Nic Salt E-Liquid

Nic salts, or nicotine salts, are a type of e-liquid blending natural plant-based nicotine and acid – typically Benzoic acid. These e-liquids are designed for faster nicotine delivery and a smoother throat hit than freebase e-liquids, making them an increasingly popular choice with vapers.

Nic salt vape juice typically comes in a 10ml bottle, with nicotine strengths ranging from 0 (nicotine-free) to 20mg, the maximum. Most nicotine salts feature a 50VG/50PG ratio, striking an even balance of flavour and vapour, and making them suited to low-powered mouth-to-lung (MTL) pod kits.

Nic salts are a great choice due to their rapid nicotine delivery and smooth throat sensation. Compared to freebase e-liquids, nicotine salts offer a noticeably smoother inhale, even at higher nicotine strengths.

Nic salts are used in the same way as freebase e-liquids. Simply fill your pod with e-liquid and allow the coil to saturate for a few minutes, before taking a draw from your vape.

For nicotine salts, we always recommend using low-powered MTL and starter pod kits with a 1.0ohm or higher coil resistance. Nicotine salts are typically thin and don’t require much power to vapourise when compared to freebase e-liquids.

This really depends on your personal preference, but ex smokers on less than 10 cigarettes a day may find that a 10mg works best for them, or for heavier smokers, 20mg strength delivers the highest nicotine delivery.

• 0mg (Nicotine-free) – This is ideal for vapers looking to give up their nicotine dependency while still enjoying the vaping sensation.
• 5mg – A low strength for lighter vapers.
